These terms apply to every order placed with The Beef Master.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only confirmed once we contact you to confirm stock, delivery slot and total. Product weights are approximate pack sizes and may vary slightly.

2. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

We accept manual EFT, cash on delivery and card machine on delivery. EFT orders are only dispatched once payment reflects or proof of payment is received. Use your order number as the payment reference.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on your area and route schedule. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the order. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are cut, packed or dispatched. Once packed, cancellations may not be possible because of the perishable nature of the products.

6. Returns and quality

Please inspect your order on delivery. Any quality concern must be reported within 24 hours, with the product kept refrigerated. We will replace or refund confirmed quality issues.
